Everybody has the fundamental right to be loved exactly the way they want to be.
Not differently, no less and without compromise.
If that’s not it, then it’s not worth it.

ok i ❤ this advice! 🙂
now is only some1 would explain to my mom why this is exactly why i refuse to marry just anybody and would rather wait for my perfect guy?!
*heart*
Absolutely and totally agree.
Waves back madly!! Thanks for the tagline 🙂
And the Preamble is a good beginning.. may be we could begin by loving ourselves, and not being too harsh on ourselves?!
Preamble and a fundamental right.
Someone’s rewriting the constitution here 🙂
Can we just include it in the Constitution and get done with it?
Politicians will then include it in their speeches to say ” Roti, kapda, makaan and permission to wait for love the way you want to be loved” ? 🙂
* I so did not want to translate that in hindi 🙂 *
Everybody has the fundamental right to be loved exactly the way they want to be, but the reciprocation is not guaranteed by any right whatsoever. 😉
Absolutely.
Hmmm…
Then the constitution must be a fantastic romantic fiction!
this is uncanny. you pretty much nailed the crux of my imminent break-up. hmmm…might just direct the dude to this site 🙂
Mish: I’ll let you know if anyone hacks into Mum code. 🙂
Tamanna: I have a word for that. It’s called totalutely. 🙂
Anjali: Have you been talking to my therapist? 😛
smartassbride: It *would* take a smartass to notice. 😉
M…: 😆
Dev: Nope, never is!
dipali: *Hug*
susie: You bet, sistah. It’s fiction alright.
jp: So I get hate mail? 😉
I would love to believe that, but providence tells me otherwise.
But, I repeat.
I would love to believe that.<3
I used to, atleast! 😛
ditto Sana. Hope you get your fundamental right though.
@Orange Jammies That’s a dorky thing to say. A ‘right’ is a demand, and you can’t demand love, you command it.
If you rephrased that as “…fundamental right to EXPECT to be loved” then you’d at least be technically correct. But then there’s nothing technical about love.
And helloooo, will you please stop writing these one line posts and getting us all argumentative. 😦
I am waiting for another one your lumbaa-chaudaa sermonesque posts that got me here in the first place.
Jaldi karo.
p.s. Sum peepul will just not get off their bums and blog I say!
@Orange Jammies Unless you meant to say…everybody has the fundamental right to be *made love to* exactly the way they want. That I agree with. 🙂
Alright, now out with the conclusion and epilogue. I am 18+, promise. 😉
no fair OJ..i want a tagline too:-)))
i agree with Anjali….some contemplation may help!
hey woo hoo you made my day…grinning ear to ear…thank you!!!!!
the weather thankfully has improved…its gorgeous outside, sunshiny and glorious!
sana & Nino’s Mum: That’s sad. Really.
Guy: I don’t believe I’m about to spoil you rotten. Mega post coming up just this once, y’hear? Don’t push your luck.
Sangeetha: Ah, those may take a lifetime. 🙂
sukanya: And then there’s people who tell me I think too much! You’re welcome.
Totally, completely, absolutely agree.
Now if only someone would help me explain that to my family…. sigh! :((
Zahra: I hear you, girl. By the way, totally love your name. 🙂
lovely. lovely. lovely. (sighs in bliss, lost for words) i want to frame it and put it up somewhere. 😀
Bull’s eye!
pri: 😆 Wisdom from the house of Neon Pyjamas actually works?
Childwoman: You think so?
