    … came the sun!
also OJ the photographer is wearing the very same to same pink and grey stripey tee as in the header that once mentioned rumer willis, no?! The reflection in the lamp gave you away 🙂
Oh I love co-ordinating sarees and jewellery – I live for the manic that is that co-ordination. Only about three people in an entire year invite me, so there. So what if we’ve cobwebs in our hair from our marriage and a little person in between us, for most of my in-laws, I’m still the nayi bahu.

Lovely! I found the picture had a wistfully ironic quality to it…a teracotta sun placed next to a light-bulb…I don’t know if you understand, but that’s how I felt.

And Nino’s mum, wow! You have an eye for detail! 🙂

Nino’s Mum: Oh that was just to prove it really was me who took that picture. 😉
No but seriously, it’s surprising how well one can come to know certain little traits about a person despite never having met them. I knew that of all the people to notice the reflection, you’d be the first. That is not to say you’re obsessively scrutinizing my blog, of course. 😛

    M4: I understand.

    D rat: Blessings! Thank you!

Piper: No. 🙂 But it is among my favorites.

sukanya: Yeah, I found the juxtaposition interesting.

M: Emerging into the light, unfortunately, is as temporary as the night.

egad. and it isn’t even a lamppost, it’s just a lamp.

something tells me i don’t have nino’s mum’s eye for detail *sigh*

OMG. I’m not used to so much attention, people.
Also, it helps if you nitpick other people’s words for a living.

I thought I’d be the smart one to notice your tee’s reflection in the lamp post, but somebody already beat me to it!

  12. Orange Jammies January 12, 2009 at 9:47 pm #

maidinmalaysia: Damn. Just when I was going to be privy. Bah! 😡

Nino’s Mum: But you never nitpick mine!

D: It’s a race around here….sometimes the first comment screeches in even before I’m done posting. 😉

Here's a bar of chocolate. Now talk to me. :)
